45ml of El Supremo Rum
45ml of orange juice
30ml of grapefruit juice
20ml of syrup of falernum
A dash of bitters

Preparation

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice, strain into a glass filled with ice and add a dash of bitters.

30ml of cane sugar syrup

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass.

Optional garnish with a lemon or orange peel
